Jensen Investment Management Announces Employees to Join Ownership of Firm

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. — March 5, 2025 — Jensen Investment Management, a 100% employee-owned investment management firm founded in 1988, today announces the addition of three employees to firm’s ownership: Holly Campbell, Manager, Operations; Crista DesRochers, Director, Client Services; and Alisa Millerd, Associate Director, Operations. This announcement coincides with the previously announced retirement of Managing Director Eric Schoenstein, effective March 1, 2025.

Jensen manages approximately $11 billion in assets (as of December 31, 2024) across its investment strategies, with employee ownership distributed among more than 50% of Jensen’s 40 employees.

Holly Campbell

Joined the firm in 2019. Holly began at Jensen as a member of the back office operations team and now provides support for the firm’s portfolio accounting duties, as well as data management. Prior to joining Jensen, Holly spent five years at Oaktree Capital Management, most recently as an administrator for the Closed-End Fund Accounting Department. In that role, she supported the department’s managing director and was responsible for sending wires and client notices.

Joined the firm in 2023. Crista joined Jensen from ACA Group, where she was a Partner in the ESG Advisory practice. Prior to joining the ESG Advisory practice, Crista was a Partner in ACA’s Performance Services practice, leading Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) verification engagements and conducting performance-related consulting for over 15 years. She earned a BA in business administration with a concentration in finance from Washington State University and is a former member of the GIPS Standard Technical Committee at CFA Institute.

Joined the firm in 2020. Alisa began at Jensen as a member of the back-office operations team and now supports the firm’s portfolio accounting and client service functions. Before joining Jensen, Alisa worked at Maritime Capital for seven years, beginning as an intern, and moving on to be a fixed income trader, focusing on municipal bonds. The majority of her experience was in Maritime Capital’s fund operations and trading functions, where she was responsible for compliance, risk and investment reporting, trade settlements, cash management, and trading support. Alisa earned her bachelor of business administration in finance from CUNY Baruch College in New York.
